What you buy

Sendoa is an iPhone app sold once on the App Store. The purchase gives access to every feature of the purchased version and its updates, with no subscription. Sales, refund and Family Sharing terms are Apple's App Store terms.

What Sendoa is not

Sendoa is not a navigation instrument or a safety service. Tides are computed by Sendoa from open observations (Shom/REFMAR, NOAA, TICON): they are not official predictions. Swell, wind and weather forecasts come from numerical models (Open-Meteo, Météo-France, ECMWF, Copernicus) and can be wrong. Spot descriptions are indicative and may contain errors.

Do not use for navigation. Check official sources (hydrographic offices, harbour authorities, beach flags, lifeguards) and judge the conditions yourself before paddling out. Surfing carries risks; you remain solely responsible.

Liability

Makkr SAS provides the app as is and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the data. To the extent permitted by law, Makkr SAS is not liable for damages related to the use of the app, including any decision taken on the basis of a verdict, a tide time or a forecast.
